ABCS is a fee-based service. For a more than reasonable up-front fee, we are your professional expert agent conducting all research, locating, negotiations, financing or leasing if necessary and trade-in assistance if requested.

Our fees are charged for the valuable service we perform and are not a part of the purchase price of the vehicle. See our fee schedules below. In terms of time alone, notwithstanding our pricing advantages, you simply cannot do it yourself for such a small fee.

What we do for you

We find the exact vehicle you desire (to the extent it exists).  If it does not exist, we can arrange a special order.  We have extensive connections in California.
We negotiate the best possible price.  We are the consummate professionals and we have connections with the most aggressive dealerships statewide.
We find and arrange the best financing & lease rates.  Our banking background enables us to hone in on the best financing rates and lease offers available, whether through the automaker or an independent resource.  Of course, if you prefer we can use your own personal financing resources.
We arrange delivery to our office, your home or your office.  Deliver is free, generally within a radius of 150 miles or so.  For further distances, we have arrangements with many low cost, highly reliable shippers.
We handle your trade-in.  If you desire, we will find the best possible price for your trade-in, whether through a dealer or our several reliable independent buying organizations.  Remember though, if you don’t mind the investment in time, effort and advertising, you can always get more for your trade in by selling it yourself.
We offer significant savings on aftermarket products and extended warranties.  We are direct agents for Lo-Jack, Perma-Plate, KARR Alarm Systems, other electronic devices and reliable extended warranty plans.  We also can negotiate great bargains for dealer-installed accessories on you behalf.

View Our Warranty

It is our desire that every client be completely satisfied with our services in every respect.  This warranty of services is provided to assist you in complete understanding of and comfort with our process and services.

Remember, the fee you pay is not a part of the price of the vehicle.  It is our fee for the time and effort put forth in your behalf.

  • Your service fee will be fully and promptly refunded if you have obtained a lower price quote, prior to our quote on the same make and model, equipped identically to the vehicle on which we quoted our price to you.  Proof of purchase at a lower price is required by furnishing ABCS with a copy of the vehicle MSRP (window Sticker) and a copy of your fully executed purchase contract.
  • If, due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergency or an unexpected financial hardship, you cancel your order prior to our quote, ABCS will refund your Service Fee less $35.00 to cover the cost of our efforts prior to cancellation.
  • We guarantee the accuracy of our vehicle locating capabilities.  If we cannot locate the specific vehicle you requested and within 10 days of our search you are successful in locating the vehicle, we will refund your entire fee (upon providing us your proof of purchase).  This excludes special orders for the vehicle. 
  • Refunds are not available on pre-owned vehicle orders.  While we do our very best to find the exact vehicle with the exact specifications that our client desires, the market and inventory are so variable, complex and volatile that it is impossible to guarantee price, especially when no two pre-owned vehicles are really identical.
